The Energy Non-Crisis

OK kids, this video is over an hour long but it is extremely important.

Please just watch the first 5 minutes and you'll see what I mean.

Lindsey Williams talks about his first hand knowledge of Alaskan oil reserves larger than any on earth. And he talks about how the oil companies and U.S. government won't send it through the pipeline for U.S. citizens to use. We could have $1.50 gas within a year if our government would stop lying to us.

Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Speaks Out

George Bush Sr.'s corrupt idiot son is elevated to the White House where he has succeeded in doing more damage to America than any external enemy in its history.

Meanwhile, the deeply informed, insightful, patriotic son of Robert F. Kennedy is all but banned from the airwaves.

This tells you everything you need to know about why America is where it is today and what track it's on.

Michael Shermer: Why people believe strange things

Ted.com is freaking awesome. Here's a video from their lecture series featuring a guy named Michael Shermer.

Skeptic Society founder Michael Shermer dedicates his life to debunking myths, superstitions and urban legends, and also explaining why we believe them. Along with publishing Skeptic Magazine, he's author of Why People Believe Weird Things and The Mind of the Market.

My favorite part: "this single slide completely dismantles the 'intelligent design' arguments."

Hillary Clinton is a blankity-blanking blank.

I'll let you think of your own 4-letter word(s) to describe Hillary's recent RFK comments.

John McCain’s other pastor buddy – will cure you!

Meet Rod Parsley. He's a real piece of shit.

He is an Ohio megachurch pastor whose resume includes the following:

  • called hate crimes legislation a “deceptive ploy of liberal, homosexual agenda.”
  • advocated criminal prosecution of adulterers.
  • compared Planned Parenthood to the Nazis.
  • declared “I came to incite a riot! Man your battle stations! Ready your weapons! Lock and load!” at a “War on Christians” conference.
  • urged voters to “let the Reformation begin! Shout it like you’re going to carry the blood-stained banner of the cross of Christ the length and breadth of the Buckeye State!” at a political rally.
  • has called upon Christians to wage a "war" against the "false religion" of Islam with the aim of destroying it.

  • Maybe I'm alone here, but "We get off on warfare." frightens me MUCH MORE than "god damn America"

Music Video: Weezer – Pork and Beans

Back in 1995 I played the hell out of the Weezer blue album, then Pinkerton hit in '96 and I was hooked. They've had a few mediocre albums since then, but they still kick some ass live. They've always been creative with their videos and this is no exception.

Bin Laden has been dead for years.

Don't believe the hype.  He's dead.  Any "new" videos are fake.  Wake the hell up, people.
