Music Videos: RATM & Toadies – Lollapalooza 2008
I'm not a huge fan of bigass music festivals. Water is $4, they get really effing hot, and people smell.
This year, two of my all-time favorite bands just happen to be playing on the same day (back-to-back, no less) at Lollapalooza.
Single day tickets finally went on sale...$80?!?!. I'll bite.
The Toadies and Rage Against the Machine are worth 80 bucks to me.

Wow. Once every few years a new metal band shows up that actually makes me want to rock 80's style. This is one of those bands.
My favorite line: "Don't mess with me I'm a shockwave ready to kill." Brilliant.

Sometimes you just have to laugh at life (Bonus: Radiohead)
So I was on the bus today (X20 represent!) around 7:15AM, and it was packed. Whatever, I had a seat.
So my stop is approaching and I stand up and COMPLETELY LOSE MY BALANCE and end up flailing into a few people. WTF. So I look down and just completely bust out laughing. Yes. I had slipped on a banana peel.

Back in 1995 I played the hell out of the Weezer blue album, then Pinkerton hit in '96 and I was hooked. They've had a few mediocre albums since then, but they still kick some ass live. They've always been creative with their videos and this is no exception.
